Orders will be processed in 1-3 business days.

Your card(s) should be delivered within 7 days of placing your order. All individual cards are mailed out via USPS First Class mail with a traditional stamped envelope. Multiple cards will be shipped inside of a USPS or UPS standard package. Your name will be on the envelope's return address for a personal touch.

If your tree gift is not delivered within 7 days or you need to correct an error, please contact customer service and we will mail out a replacement card as soon as possible - always at no additional cost.

Update: Beginning in April of 2021, detailed tracking information will be available for all USPS First Class Mail shipped cards.
